ITACA FDSNWS Station Web-Service

The ITACA FDSNWS Station Web-Service provides machine-friendly access station-related metadata included in the ITACA Database.

The metadata may be filtered e.g. by geographic region and time, also the information depth level is selectable. A complete list of supported options and usage examples is available in the query-options webpage. Please refer to FDSN Web Service Specifications Version 1.1 for a complete service description.

Feature Notes

• The service is intended to be used only in conjunction with the other ITACA Web-Services! For more up-to-date and detailed station metadata, please refer to the services provided by the network operators.
• In addition to standard FDSN formats (xml and text), this service also supports ESRI shapefile output.
